José Raz Guzmán is Co-Chair of the firm's Latin America Practice and the Managing Shareholder of the Mexico City office, where his practice focuses on financial and M&A transactions. He works with issuers, underwriters and investors in public and private offerings of equity, debt, structured instruments, Fibras, CKDs and securitizations.
