Jose Ortiz

Jose represents private companies at all stages of the corporate life cycle in buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes reverse/forward triangular mergers, equity purchases and asset sales. He also advises private companies and investors in financing transactions, such as sales of preferred or common stock, company interests, convertible notes and SAFEs. In addition, Jose counsels private companies on formation and general corporate matters.

Jose provides ongoing general counsel to private companies, offering guidance across a broad range of legal and business matters. He has experience in industries including emerging technologies, consumer products and services, healthcare, digital media, entertainment, software-as-a-service, and hospitality.
