Francisco Solchaga, Araoz & Rueda partner since 2007, joined the firm as an associate in 2000 after two years as an associate at Uría Menéndez, where he acquired experience in mergers and acquisitions and securities markets. Francisco is specialized in energy, advising on numerous projects relating to the promotion and financing of wind and solar plants. He has also extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and securities markets.
