José Genaro Pérez Velázquez

José Genaro Pérez Velázquez is a partner at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo. He has nine years of experience in labor and employment law, advising corporate clients across a wide range of industries.

Since joining the firm, he has worked closely with the partners and has been involved in a broad spectrum of labor disputes. Following the opening of the firm’s Guadalajara office in 2014, he assumed a leading role in coordinating the defense of thousands of labor claims on behalf of multiple companies.

His practice includes advising on and coordinating large-scale employee transfers, representing senior management in individual employment disputes, handling collective labor litigation, assisting clients in labor inspections conducted by the authorities, and successfully representing clients in amparo proceedings before the federal courts.
