José Francisco Pamanes Cantú

He joined the firm in January 2017 in the practice of Real Estate, Infrastructure and Hospitality. José specializes in advising national and international companies in all types of real estate transactions, including lease agreements, acquisitions, construction contracts, real estate due diligence, as well as compliance and obtaining permits and licenses for commercial projects, industrial and retail.

José also has experience in the negotiation and preparation of credit agreements with mortgage guarantee, in the due diligence process of incorporation of industrial and commercial complexes and due diligence in energy and industrial infrastructure, acquisition of companies and transactional in real estate matters.
