Jörn Zons

Jörn Zons is a lawyer and partner at Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner in Cologne. Jörn’s main focus lies on German and international construction and engineering projects as well as domestic and international dispute resolution in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He is also a regular referee on German and international construction and engineering projects and dispute resolution at seminars, associations and in-house for companies. Jörn is a member of the German Institute of Arbitration (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit, DIS), the International Bar Association’s Committees on International Construction Projects, Litigation and Arbitration and the German Construction Law Society (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Baurecht). Jörn is Co-Editor of a Handbook on German and International Engineering Projects and has published numerous articles on related topics. Jörn speaks German and English.
