Jorge Schenke Reyes

Jorge Schenke focuses his practice representing clients in complex negotiations and litigation in civil, commercial, administrative, and constitutional matters with a particular emphasis on contractual and extra-contractual civil liability, stock market, corporation law, directors' liability, shareholders' and company partner rights, liquidations & reorganizations of companies and individuals, conflict resolution between community members, constitutional requirements, and actions, among others.

Mr. Schenke is well-versed as an arbitrator, court-appointed arbitrator, especially on issues regarding construction, compliance with contracts, conflicts between partners and community members, compensation for damages -to name a few-, to settle differences and obtain the best results for each case.

He actively advises national and international companies, their directors, and administrators as well as individuals on contract negotiations, conflicts and interests.

Mr. Schenke is a director of non-profit societies and corporations.
