Graduated with honors from Universidad Panamericana’s (Pan American University) School of Law, he specialized in labor law in the same institution. He studied a Master in Strategic Human Capital Management at Universidad Anáhuac del Sur and is an active member of the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives and the Mexican Association of Direct Sales. Founding partner of Sales Boyoli S.C. law firm, which tries more than 250 yearly cases simultaneously and provides representation for many of the top 500 companies from the automotive, energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, trade, and insurance industries among others. Likewise, Sales Boyoli represents more than 100 companies before labor authorities. Recently, the firm that Jorge Sales leads was presented as a case of success in the book “Accelerating the Future” five years of the CEPii (acronym in Spanish for Pan American Center for Investigation and Innovation).
Also, this law firm, Sales Boyoli, has been invited to be part of the prestigious international directory “Best Lawyers” in which only three Mexican labor law firms appear.
As a recognized expert he has been a speaker in different venues invited by state ministries, public and private universities, law culture institutions, and law institutes. He is also constantly interviewed regarding labor matters by different printed and electronic media. He is also a lecturer at the American Management Association in Mexico.
Professor of individual and collective law at Universidad Panamericana, he co-authored the book “Access to Alternative Justice”, recently published by the Porrua publishing house, he is being considered for the National Prize on Labor Research and writes articles for the magazines Mundo Ejecutivo (Executive World), CNN, Expansión (Expansion) and Mujer Creativa (Creative Woman) as well as for the newspapers El Financiero (Financier), and El Economista (The Economist).
