Experience as a Substantiating Attorney of the Constitutional Court and Supreme Court of Justice and as an Auxiliary Magistrate of the Council of State. Also as advisor and attorney of the Presidency of the Republic and the President of the Republic in constitutional actions and proceedings before the administrative litigation jurisdiction.
