The primary focus of Dr. Anno Haberer’s work is advising on antitrust law covering both antitrust violation and merger control proceedings as well as on contract wording in line with antitrust legislation. Stephan Baur studied at the universities of Passau, Munich and Freiburg, where he also took his doctorate (Dr. jur.).
