Jordan D. Smart

As a member of Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, Jordan Smart advises clients on a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate and securities matters. He also represents public companies regarding annual and periodic reporting requirements, corporate governance, and compliance with stock exchange listing standards. His finance background includes syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, mortgage indentures, government-guaranteed financings, private placements, asset-based finance, and transportation finance. Jordan has experience in a number of different industries, including energy, healthcare, transportation, and private equity.
