Jonathan Stuart

Jonathan Stuart is an associate in Bradley’s Atlanta office where he focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, insurance defense, and labor and employment matters in state and federal courts. He works with clients in the financial services, food services, healthcare, entertainment, manufacturing, and retail industries.

As a former Deloitte consultant, Jonathan takes an analytical, solution-driven approach to resolving legal disputes. His practice includes crafting and enforcing confidentiality agreements, non-compete clauses, and other forms of restrictive covenants related to protecting trade secrets. He also conducts workplace investigations, assists in pre-suit settlement negotiations, and manages the discovery process.

In addition to law, Jonathan has a strong business background and has an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia Terry School of Business, which adds additional value to the legal advice he provides to his clients.
