Jonathan Milani is a litigation partner in the firm’s Regina office. Jon maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. He has experience with a variety of civil and commercial disputes. He has argued successfully before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal.

Jon has experience with a variety of civil and commercial disputes and appeals, including those involving breaches of contract, shareholder oppression, questions of first instance statutory interpretation and intellectual property claims. Jon also has varied estate litigation experience, including will challenges and powers of attorney challenges. He has been involved in numerous procedural matters in the courts, including applications for production, cross-examinations, injunctions and preservation orders, strike applications and civil contempt proceedings.
Jon has argued successfully before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, and has prepared written submissions for the Supreme Court of Canada. Jon has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada "Ones to Watch" (Corporate and Commercial Litigation), for 2025 and 2026.
