Jonathan M. Kennedy

Jonathan Kennedy is a partner at Shartsis Friese LLP whose practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions, including extensive experience in leasing on behalf of both REITs and other institutional owners of commercial real estate , as well as tenants, including some of the country’s largest high-technology companies. His practice also includes the acquisition of raw and developed land on behalf of developers and end-users (for example, the acquisition of sites for corporate campus developments, and the subsequent negotiation of construction and management agreements), as well as the sale of office and other commercial properties.

Jonathan received an A.B. degree from Lawrence University in 1983 and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1987.
