Jonathan Fayer

Jonathan Fayer, an experienced trial attorney and former federal prosecutor, is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross White Collar Practice Group, where he represents individuals and corporations in significant civil, criminal, and regulatory matters, and internal investigations. His experience spans white collar defense, government and internal corporate investigations, securities litigation, and complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Sills Cummis, Mr. Fayer served in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey for six years, most recently serving as Chief of the Economic Crimes Unit.
