Jonathan Fayer is an experienced trial attorney and former federal prosecutor. He is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross White Collar Practice Group, where he represents individuals and corporations in important civil, criminal, and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Sills Cummis, Mr. Fayer served in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey for six years, most recently serving as Chief of the Economic Crimes Unit.
