Jonas Puchelt

Jonas Puchelt is an expert in IT and data protection law, advising on complex IT projects, data breaches, and the legally compliant use of artificial intelligence. He supports both providers and customers in IT outsourcing, including contract negotiation and public procurement, with particular expertise in EVB-IT contracts for public clients. Puchelt also advises on regulatory compliance for IT outsourcing in the financial sector (e.g. MaRisk, EBA guidelines, DORA), drafting and negotiating contracts for regulated companies and IT providers. He develops compliance strategies for AI and data governance, provides training on AI, data protection, and cybersecurity, and lectures on "Law for Computer Scientists" at the University of Applied Sciences Mittelhessen. He is based in Frankfurt.
