Joi G. Kush is a partner at Johnson Kush, P.C. Joi handles a variety of cases including complex custody disputes, high net worth marital estates, and post-decree issues. Joi graduated from the University of Denver in 2007 and from Albany Law School in 2010. During law school, Joi was a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert Littlefield, U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court, a legal fellow at the Albany County District Attorney’s Office, Vehicular Crimes Unit and she served as a student editor for the Albany Government Law Review and the New York State Bar Association, Government, Law & Policy Journal. Joi has also lived and worked abroad in Beijing, China, Tokyo, Japan, Chiang Mai, Thailand, Hanoi, Vietnam and Dharamsala, India.
