John O’Toole focuses his practice on antitrust and competition matters. Mr. O’Toole has experience representing clients in a wide range of antitrust and competition matters, including criminal investigations, civil litigation, counseling, and merger review. Mr. O’Toole frequently defends clients in cases involving allegations of price-fixing, anticompetitive information exchange, market allocation, bid rigging, no poach, wage-fixing, and monopolization. Mr. O’Toole has represented clients across multiple fields, with experience in financial services, technology, telecommunications, food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. O’Toole also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on LGBTQIA+-related advocacy.
