John is a senior corporate partner in the firm and focuses his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance with a broad and vast experience in cross border transactions. He acts extensively for both corporate and financial sponsor clients in both public and private company transactions and all related matters with a client base that spans the globe.
John is a member of the Quebec and Canadian Bar, as well as an associate member of the American Bar Association. John was the founding member and is a past Chair of the International Transactions Subcommittee of the American Bar Association. John is also an active member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the American Bar Association. John was appointed as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation in March 2010.
