Jack Delaney is an associate in the Litigation Section of Kelly Hart. He represents corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts, focusing his practice on commercial disputes, breach-of-contract cases, personal injury claims, construction litigation, and real property matters.
Before joining Kelly Hart, Jack practiced as a litigation associate at Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC in Dallas, where he defended and prosecuted complex commercial claims.
Jack earned his J.D., cum laude, from the SMU Dedman School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois.
