John Thomas Mostellar III

Tom Mostellar is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. Tom assists financial and mortgage institutions with regulatory compliance-related matters. He has experience helping clients ensure their operations comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. As part of this practice, Tom also provides assistance in navigating all stages of examinations and investigations conducted by federal and state regulators.

Tom received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Tulane University School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Tulane Law Review. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University. Prior to law school, Tom worked in the financial services industry, obtaining his Series 7 and 66 licenses.
