John K. Bennett is a Shareholder in the Morristown, New Jersey office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Mr. Bennett’s entire practice is devoted to representing employers in all areas of labor and employment-related matters. He is well versed in handling: employment-related litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including jury trials; negotiating and enforcement of employment agreements and restrictive covenants, traditional labor matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements; labor-injunction matters in federal and state courts; and virtually all aspects of labor relations and employment law for employers.

From 1980-1981 he was law clerk to the Hon. Robert L. Clifford, Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
