Biography
Jackson Brannon is a Portland-based attorney who focuses on business litigation and insurance defense, with an emphasis on construction defect litigation. He represents clients in complex civil litigation matters involving property damage, liability claims, and commercial disputes.
Jackson’s practice includes defending claims related to construction defects, premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance coverage issues. He also has experience handling matters involving liquor liability (Dram Shop), subrogation, timber trespass, and statutory claims under the Oregon Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and the Oregon Employer Liability Law.
Before joining Williams Kastner, Jackson developed a broad insurance defense practice representing clients across a range of civil litigation matters in Oregon.
Jackson earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Auburn University, where he was a member of the Mock Trial team and worked as a student recruiter for the university’s football program.
Outside of his legal practice, Jackson enjoys attending live music events and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
