John Young serves as Of Counsel at Williams Kastner, supporting clients from both the Washington and Alaska offices. His practice is focused on business counseling and commercial law, where he advises companies at all stages of growth—from emerging startups to well-established enterprises.
John offers strategic guidance on legal and capital structures, property and transactional matters, creditor-debtor relationships, and dispute resolution. He also has extensive experience advising clients on international transactions, having led negotiations across Asia, Central and South America, and the Middle East.
