John Rosen has extensive experience with business transactions involving corporate law, commercial real estate, and other related issues, as well as business and commercial litigation. Having earned a Masters Degree in International Business, John understands the complex issues facing today’s management and is able to provide sound strategic and legal advice.
His practice includes advising corporate clients throughout the life of their business, from business formations and governance to contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate issues to shareholder oppression and share buyout and valuation litigation.
John's litigation experience involves complex business, real estate and commercial disputes ranging from partner and shareholder disputes to issues with vendors, suppliers, and a myriad of other business disputes.
He also handles commercial real estate development matters, including leasing, creation and governance of condominiums and community associations, zoning and regulatory issues.
In his personal injury practice, John represents individuals who have been seriously injured and need help. John understands that catastrophic injuries can have a long-term impact on an individual’s quality of life, including the ability to care for themselves both physically and financially. He works diligently to achieve the best possible recovery for his clients so that they receive the medical treatment they need to physically recover as well as the money to help handle the financial hardships that accompany these injuries.
John also has significant experience in cell tower transactions and related issues. John often represents property owner landlords of cell tower companies and cell service providers, including negotiation of long-term leases, perpetual grants of easement and related cell tower issues.
John used to work for one of the state's largest firms, where he advised underwriters, municipalities and other state and local entities on the authorization, issuance and sale of municipal securities, served as both bond counsel and underwriter's counsel and performed securities work in connection with several types of municipal securities transactions.
