John E. Burke

With a background in chemical/biochemical engineering and nearly three decades of experience, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector clients turn to John Burke for patent counsel. His work includes crafting an overall strategy aligning business with intellectual property, performing opinion work, negotiating license agreements, conducting due diligence, and prosecuting patent applications. Having previously led patent practices for the regional offices of several international and national law firms, John possesses a unique in-house perspective that bolsters his practice.
