John “Jack” McNally is a member of O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong & Laing SC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Trusts, Estates and Succession Planning Practice Groups.
Jack represents individuals, families, fiduciaries, and businesses in estate planning, probate and trust litigation, and civil disputes. His practice includes matters involving wills, trusts, powers of attorney, fiduciary duties, business and commercial disputes, and other contested estate and trust issues.
Jack also handles litigation involving construction and real estate matters. His public service background includes serving as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Milwaukee, where he handled business licensing litigation and defended claims brought against the City. This experience informs his work involving municipal issues, regulatory matters, and civil litigation.
Jack works with clients to evaluate their legal options, develop practical strategies, and pursue resolutions that protect their interests.
