John Büttner

John Büttner advises on all aspects of national and international business tax law, including areas where it intersects with corporate and inheritance law. He has many years of experience in international tax law, criminal tax law, tax litigation, the taxation of restructurings, real estate taxation, and the taxation of capital investments. In addition, Mr Büttner advises private clients, families, and family businesses on ongoing tax matters, including asset structuring, (corporate) succession planning, and the execution of wills. He regularly delivers lectures and publishes expert articles on a range of tax law topics.
