Biography
With a 30-year litigation career as a partner in global law firms, John Strasburger is an experienced trial lawyer who is as comfortable in the boardroom as he is in the courtroom. His work typically includes matters involving novel, urgent, and sensitive disputes, that are often the subject of government and media scrutiny. Licensed in both Texas and New York, he has represented some of the world’s largest companies, as well as mid-market companies and high net worth individuals. His practice includes commercial litigation, product liability defense, bankruptcy litigation, trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, energy related litigation, physical and financial trading disputes, complex insurance disputes, environmental and mass tort litigation, and sensitive internal investigations. As lead counsel, he’s handled jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts across the country, as well as arbitrations.
Mr. Strasburger is passionate about serving his clients and committed to understanding their business goals. In each matter he handles, his goal is to provide practical advice and achieve results as efficiently as possible – whether through full-speed-ahead litigation or creative business solutions.
