Troy focuses his practice on municipal bonds, public finance, economic development incentives, and government relations. He has represented cities, counties, schools, community colleges, hospitals, universities, developers, companies, economic development agencies, and other entities to assist them in constructing and developing projects statewide.

Ben serves as General Counsel representing the firm on a variety of issues, including ethics and risk management matters.
