Joëlle Simard

Joëlle Simard is a member of the Corporate/Commercial group at the Montréal office. Focusing on corporate financing as well as mergers and acquisitions, she advises both public and private corporations in various sectors.

Joëlle Simard joined the Fasken team as a student in the summer of 2012. Since that time, Joëlle has acted for Canadian public issuers during securities distributions and asset and share purchase-sale transactions, both in Canada and internationally. She has also developed experience in atypical transactions with a particular structure.

Joëlle is attentive to the realities and needs of clients, who come from various sectors. She also believes in the development of corporate social responsibility and strongly believe in the importance to protect our environment.
