Where appropriate, he assists clients in pursuing efficient alternatives to lengthy court proceedings, including arbitration, mediation, and Judicial Dispute Resolution.

At Duncan Craig LLP, Joe serves as Co-Chair of the Associate Development Committee, Co-Chair of the firm’s Insurance and Risk Management Group, and Co-Chair of the Strategic Initiatives regarding Client Relationships. He is also involved in the Edmonton community, including through his service on the Board of Directors of Catholic Social Services and his past role as Co-Chair of its Sign of Hope campaign. Outside of work, Joe enjoys Alberta’s outdoors and spending time with his wife, twin children, extended family, and friends.
