Jodi R. Goodheart

Jodi R. Goodheart focuses her practice on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, and real estate law. Jodi has over 30 years of experience serving as counsel to lenders, borrowers, buyers, sellers, developers and owners in many types of financing, acquisitions and dispositions (including complex multi-state multi-property tax deferred exchanges), real estate development, sale/leaseback transactions and national leasing matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Jodi served for more than ten years as outside general counsel to a Nevada-based gaming company. She has represented outside directors serving on special committees of boards of directors of publicly held and privately held companies.
