Joaquín Alegre Zalve

Joined Ramón y Cajal Abogados in January 2026 and is currently a Partner in the Banking and Finance Area.

He has extensive professional experience in financial markets law, having developed his career at top-tier firms such as Cuatrecasas, PwC, Andersen and Crowe. As a result, he has had the opportunity to participate in some of the most significant transactions of the last decade.

Joaquín is specialized in traditional and alternative financing operations, capital markets, and financial regulation. In this area, we advise issuers and other participants on capital markets transactions such as bonds or securitizations; lenders and borrowers in their credit operations and coverage guarantees; all types of regulated entities within the framework of their activities and corporate requirements, as well as service providers and transactions subject to regulation such as investment services, including the structuring and establishment of investment vehicles as a wealth optimization tool.
