Joao Vieira de Almeida joined Vieira de Almeida & Associados since 1985. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of M&A, Corporate Finance, where he has been active in several operations in Portugal and abroad, particularly in Brazil, Focusing on the structuring and negotiation of joint venture operations and acquisitions. Has been involved in private equity transactions.
In addition to working in this area, he devotes part of his time to project finance operations, having been directly involved in many of the most significant transactions in Portugal, especially in the road sector, a subject he usually talks about at conferences and other events.
