Joan Smith

Joan E. Smith is a Partner at Hull Barrett with over 30 years of experience in the Family Courts of South Carolina and Georgia. Her practice focuses on domestic litigation, including divorce, multimillion-dollar asset division, child custody and visitation, alimony, and legitimation of children. She frequently handles UCCJEA jurisdictional disputes and appellate work in both Georgia and South Carolina.
