Jill Cronin

With more than 25 years of experience, Jill Cronin advises clients on trademark law, social media issues, insurance coverage matters, and complex commercial disputes. Her practice combines intellectual property strategy with extensive litigation and insurance experience, allowing her to counsel clients through both day-to-day brand protection and high-stakes business challenges.

Jill’s trademark practice focuses on trademark prosecution, enforcement, and brand protection strategies. She regularly conducts infringement analyses, prepares opinion letters, and assists clients with the development and management of third-party enforcement programs designed to protect valuable intellectual property assets.

In addition to her intellectual property work, Jill advises clients on crisis analysis and response matters, as well as a broad range of insurance coverage issues. Her insurance experience includes first- and third-party coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, reinsurance matters, agency litigation, and arbitration proceedings. She also has substantial experience handling commercial litigation and tort matters across a variety of industries.
