Jessie L. Harris

Jessie Harris is a Seattle-based attorney who focuses on civil litigation involving employment law, personal injury, catastrophic injury, and education law. He represents clients in both state and federal courts and has extensive experience handling jury trials and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Jessie advises employers on personnel investigations, risk management, and compliance, and defends against claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and sexual harassment under state and federal law.

In addition to his litigation practice, Jessie serves as a mediator. He is trained through the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law and is a certified neutral for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. He mediates matters involving employment law, professional negligence, personal injury, and contract disputes.
