Jessica Telfer

Jessica has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Master of Laws in International Intellectual Property Law. She received her Legal Education Certificate from Norman Manley Law School and was called to the bar in Jamaica in 2014. Jessica mainly practiced civil litigation and corporate/commercial law at a well-respected law firm in Jamaica prior to her relocation to Canada. She was called to the bar in Ontario in 2018.

She is a member of ZTGH's Estates Litigation, Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT), and Cannabis practice groups.

Jessica takes a client-focused approach to her practice and has valuable experience representing corporate and individual clients in complex cases before Courts and Tribunals. She is also a firm believer in the early resolution of cases when possible, and has represented clients in mediations and settlement negotiations.

When not practicing law, Jessica enjoys traveling, expanding her music library, and spending time with her family.
