Jessica Wynette Rosen

Jessica Wynette Rosen is a business litigation attorney representing clients in state and federal courts in franchise and intellectual property matters, employment defense, and corporate law. Her experience includes unfair competition and contract disputes; franchise disclosure and relationship claims; copyright and trademark disputes; and defense of harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour claims.
