Jessica Lobes is a litigation and insurance attorney with Rathbone Group LLC in Dallas, Texas. Since 2012, her practice has focused on insurance subrogation and creditor advocacy, representing clients in matters ranging from pre-litigation claims through trial. Jessica joined Rathbone Group in 2015 and serves as the firm’s Texas practice manager, overseeing Texas case volume and managing Texas associates throughout the litigation process.
Jessica handles litigation matters across Texas, including the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and works closely with insurers and corporate clients to pursue recovery in complex subrogation claims. Her practice includes evaluating claims before litigation, negotiating with adverse insurance carriers, and developing strategies aimed at resolving matters efficiently while protecting client resources. In addition to her Texas practice, Jessica manages pre-litigation subrogation claims for clients throughout the United States.
Jessica has also contributed to the Rathbone Group podcast, “On Subrogation,” where she discusses developments and issues affecting the insurance and subrogation industry. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, two children, and golden retriever.
