Jessica Pillai is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jessica represents and counsels owners and investors in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States and internationally. Jessica has extensive experience representing real estate clients in nearly every aspect of commercial real estate development, including the formation of joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and financings. Jessica's practice also includes commercial leasing.
