Jessica is a partner at Bales Beall LLP whose practice is devoted to advising Canadian and international clients on a wide range of estate and trust matters. This work includes drafting Wills, trusts, and Powers of Attorney and providing guidance to executors and beneficiaries.
In addition to legal work, Jessica is actively involved in the community. She was a member of the trusts and estates executive of the Ontario Bar Association for many years and currently sits on the programming committee of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Toronto branch. Jessica regularly presents at legal conferences and was an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, teaching Wills and Estate Planning.
