Jessica graduated magna cum laude in 2015 from Montclair State University with an undergraduate degree in justice studies and a minor in sociology. In 2020, Jessica graduated cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law.
In law school, Jessica served as a student attorney for the Roger Williams Immigration Clinic where she provided representation for low-income families seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile status and Asylum. Jessica also served as a judicial intern in the New Jersey Superior Court, Passaic Vicinage, Family Part for the Honorable Yolanda Adrianzen, J.S.C. where she focused primarily on post-judgment matters. In her second and third years of law school, Jessica served as a Teaching and Research Assistant for Professor Colleen Brown where she assisted students in legal skills and writing techniques.
After graduating law school, Jessica enjoyed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Rudolph A. Filko, J.S.C., Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Passaic Vicinage, Family Part. Throughout her clerkship, Jessica was responsible for managing Judge Filko’s post-judgment calendar, in addition to assisting his juvenile calendar. Jessica also facilitated non-dissolution consent conferences.
As a practicing attorney, Jessica has focused her career on divorce, custody and parenting time disputes, and pendente lite and post-judgment applications regarding various matrimonial matters. Jessica is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
