Jerome L. "Jerry" Rubin

Jerome Rubin serves as Of Counsel in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner, where he concentrates his practice on labor and employment law. With decades of experience, Jerry advises clients on a wide range of workplace issues, including NLRB proceedings, collective bargaining and union negotiations, equal employment and discrimination claims, employment-at-will matters, federal contractor compliance, wage and hour disputes, and personnel management. His practice also includes representation in OSHA matters, unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation cases.

Before entering private practice, Jerry spent five years as Chief Trial Attorney for the Seattle office of the National Labor Relations Board, bringing valuable insight to his work representing employers in labor relations and regulatory matters.
