Biography
Jerome Rubin is a Seattle-based attorney who focuses on labor and employment law. He represents employers in matters involving union relations, collective bargaining, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
Jerome’s practice includes defending claims involving discrimination, wage and hour issues, and employment disputes before administrative agencies and courts. He also advises on federal contractor compliance, workplace safety under OSHA, unemployment matters, workers’ compensation, and general personnel management.
Earlier in his career, Jerome served as Chief Trial Attorney for the Seattle office of the National Labor Relations Board, where he handled significant labor matters and enforcement actions.
