Jerome B. "Jerry" Tichner

Jerome (Jerry) B. Tichner focuses his practice on representing hospitals and health systems in transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations and dispositions. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing private equity firms and their platform companies with respect to the acquisition and divestiture of health care-related companies and assets. In recent years, Jerry has led or played a leading role in transactions involving the purchase, sale or affiliation of more than 35 hospitals nationally.
