Biography
Jeremy carries on a general practice, with an emphasis on construction law, civil litigation, and drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and documents for commercial, industrial and municipal clients. Jeremy has assisted clients in navigating and resolving complex builders lien, delay claims, bonding issues and other disputes arising from construction projects. His general civil litigation practice focuses on construction disputes and employment issues, and general commercial disputes. He has appeared in all levels of the courts of Alberta.
