Biography
Jerry has been practicing in the areas of security enforcement and insolvency since his call to the bar in 1984. He has extensive experience representing corporate litigants at all Alberta Court levels. The majority of Jerry’s clients are institutional lenders, receivers, and trustees in bankruptcy, whom he represents in connection with the enforcement of security instruments and recovery of indebtedness. He acts on behalf of debtors, creditors (secured and unsecured), receivers, and monitors in corporate reorganizations and multi-jurisdictional insolvencies.
