Biography

Jeremy is a commercial property expert with extensive experience in private practice and in-house roles, specialising in property transactions. His real estate transactional experience includes work with law firms and as an in-house counsel.

Jeremy is known for actively nurturing client relationships and focusing on their property transaction goals. His collaborative and confident approach makes him a valuable leader and team player with colleagues and clients.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Honors), Bachelor of Commerce, and a Diploma of Arts in Classics from the University of Melbourne and was admitted to practice law in 2007.

Jeremy’s experience includes:

  • Silva Capital: Purchase of Cooplacurripa Station, a 22,000 hectare aggregation;
  • Laguna Bay: Purchase of the assets of Almas Almonds;
  • Coff Property: Development of 113-115 Chomley Street, Prahran;
  • YES Group: Purchase, leasing and development of solar farms in South Australia and New South Wales;
  • Waveconn: Purchase of the AT Towers portfolio;
  • APIL: Sale of Joondalup Gate Shopping Centre;
  • ISPT: Purchase of 50% interest in the commercial and retail component of 447 Collins Street, Melbourne (circa $600 million);
  • ISPT: Fund through purchase of 50% interest in 405 Bourke Street (NAB Headquarters, circa $800 million);
  • Hesperia Group: Sale and fund through development of $450 industrial estate to Charter Hall;
  • Ingham Group: Joint venture arrangements in relation to the development of its Park Ridge estate in Queensland;
  • Petstock: Agreement for Lease and Lease of major distribution centre at Avalon Airport;
  • Football Victoria: Lease and strategic partnership arrangements for the ‘Home of the Matildas’ at Latrobe University;
  • ESR: Leasing arrangements at the Melbourne Fruit and Vegetable Market;
  • GE Capital: Divestment of global real estate assets concentrated in the UK and Europe (circa $30 billion); and
  • ExxonMobil: Sale of 26 aviation refuelling facilities at various Australian airports.
