Stephan Baur studied at the universities of Passau, Munich and Freiburg, where he also took his doctorate (Dr. jur.). He is currently a lecturer in private business law at the distance learning university HFH Hamburg. Christian Aufdermauer studied law at the University of Tübingen and the University of Lausanne (antitrust law).
